Australian Singer-Songwriter, Madison is an evocative storyteller and explorative songwriter. In every lyric she invites you a little deeper into her secret inner-world as recounts of life, lessons and love are woven through her unique blend of dark alt-pop and soulful-folk. Expect to hear honest musings delivered with a simmering intensity, layered with subtle echos of Tracy Chapman, Damien Rice & Fink. Ever-fascinated by the human condition and the inner workings of the mind, Madison’s songs are deeply curious and cathartic explorations into themes of identity, belonging and uncertainty in an increasingly complex world. Equally inspired by life’s rolling cycles and nature’s steady thrum, Madison sets her thoughtful lyrics against a rich tapestry of repetitious groove and jazz-nuanced harmony.

Since the release of her first EP at 17, she has featured as the front woman vocalist for independent progressive world music act Hunter & Smoke, sung on stages across Japan as a representative for the Australia-Japan foundation and performed on stage as a session musician for critically acclaimed Australian artist’s Alphamama and Nardean. Recently she has returned her focus toward the cultivation of her solo work. Currently, she is pulling the threads together for her first full-length album and continues to write and perform with her partner, multi-instrumentalist, Luke Horsfield, in their progressive blues and roots outfit Levi & the Horse.
